§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Lucas of Chilworth)My Lords, interim reports by CSP International concerned with both terrestrial fixed services and the fixed satellite service have recently been received by the Department of Trade and Industry. These reports are currently being considered. The full study dealing with all civil usage of radio frequencies is not expected to be completed until later this year.
