§ Mr. HayhoeThe Department's policy on the selected list has been discussed at meetings between the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association and Ministers and officials. I have emphasised, and believe the association has accepted, that it was not intended to discriminate in any way against United States-owned companies, nor indeed against any other companies.
