§ Q133. Mr. John Fraserasked the Prime Minister if she will place on the agenda for the discussions with the Prime Minister of Turkey from 17 to 19 February the subject of torture and human rights in Turkey.
§ The Prime MinisterI look forward to holding wide-ranging talks with Mr. Ozal later today. I shall welcome the progress made by his Government on human rights and, as on previous occasions, express our hope that Turkey will continue its efforts to achieve full normalisation on these matters.
