Whether this country will be represented at the international conference on the misuse of drugs (SOS Drogue Internationale) which is to be held in Paris at the end of this month under the auspices of the French Government.
§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office (Lord Glenarthur)The United Kingdom Government will not be represented, but the Council of Europe Co-operation Group to Combat Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking in Drugs (the Pompidou Group), which the United Kingdom chairs, is sending an observer.
