§ Mr. David MitchellParticulars of land-holdings are matters of management for the British Railways Board. Information on unused and under-used BRB sites of more than one acre is given in the registers prepared in accordance with the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980. Registers covering the whole of England are available for public inspection at the Department of the Environment. Registers for Welsh districts are in the course of being built up: those that are completed are available for public inspection at the Welsh Office.
