§ Mr. HowardAs indicated in my answer of 5 December 1985 to my hon. Friend the Member for York, (Mr. Gregory), the Government propose to deal with the question of overcharging for resale of electricity as part of the proposed new legislation on price indications. We intend to introduce this legislation as soon as parliamentary time is available.
80WUnder present legislation the electricity supply industry fixes the maximum resale price. We have no plans to change that situation.
