§ Mr. Giles ShawFirearms which are carried on board an aircraft for security purposes are required to be surrendered to the police or customs on arrival. If the aircraft is staying only a short time, the firearms are sealed in a container on board. If the aircraft is staying longer, the firearms are kept in safe custody by the police and returned shortly before it leaves.
