§ Mrs. FennerThe United Kingdom is represented on the NATO food and agriculture planning committee by a grade 7 official who is head of the branch of emergencies division responsible for overall civil defence planning policy for food, agriculture and fisheries. The committee meets twice a year, normally in Brussels, at NATO headquarters.
