§ 49. Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Defence what measures apply to British and other military aircraft seeking to use Gibraltar airfield arising out of the restrictions imposed by the Spanish authorities on such use.
§ Mr. StanleySpanish prohibited airspace in the Algeciras region imposes limitations on the approach to landing and take-off manoeuvres of all military aircraft using Gibraltar. Other than this, no special measures apply to military aircraft seeking to use the airfield.
