§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will list the proportions of the 1986 European Community budget approved by the Council of Ministers devoted to (a) agriculture guarantee, (b) agriculture guidance, (c) regional fund, (d) social fund, (e) research and investment, and (f) aid; and if he will give for each of the above categories the percentage increase in the payment appropriations for these funds over the 1985 budget.
