§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many people qualify for supplementary benefit additions for (a) domestic help, (b) heating, (c) disabled persons heating, (d) diet, (e) laundry, (f) special clothing, (g) attendance costs, (h) bathing needs and (i) blindness; and how many people qualify for (i) all of these, (ii) seven to eight of these, (iii) four to six of these, (iv) two in three of these and (v) one of these.
