§ Mr. TrippierThe chairman of the Health and Safety Commission wrote to my right hon. and noble Friend on 23 September 1985 expressing the Commission's continuing concern about the different sanctions applying to Crown and non-Crown bodies under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act. It wished to give further consideration to certain aspects of the matter. I await its advice.
