§ Sir Geoffrey HoweI discussed the whole question of human rights, including the Turkish Peace Association, with the Turkish Government during my visit to Turkey last year and have done so on a number of subsequent occasions. I look forward to Mr. Ozal's visit here later this month. We shall welcome the progress made by his Government on human rights while, as on previous occasions, expressing our hope that Turkey will continue its efforts to achieve full normalisation in these matters.
