§ Dr. MawhinneyThe usual steps to relieve overcrowding in schools in Northern Ireland, for example the provision of temporary classrooms, will continue to be taken, where appropriate under minor works schemes. The moratorium on new starts in the financial year 1986–87 applies only to major schemes.
