§ Sir Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he now expects to respond to the recommendations of the Scottish Affairs Committee made in March 1985 that the tourism function operated by the Highlands and Islands Development Board should be transferred to the Scottish Tourist Board.
