§ Mr. HayhoeWe are urgently reviewing the Crown immunity of the National Health Service under the Food Act but the resource implications of removal would depend on a variety of factors which cannot immediately be assessed.

(2) from which people or institutions he has sought views on Crown immunity; and what was their advice.
