§ Mr. Rookerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he has any proposals to prevent unreasonable age limits being imposed in the leases of private sheltered housing developments;
(2) if he will bring forward legislation to protect leaseholders of sheltered houses, flats and bungalows;
(3) if he has an estimate of the numbers of dwellings in private sheltered housing developments; and what financial incentive his Department gives to such developments.
