§ Mr. Norman LamontThe draft regulations are being published today and copies are available in the Library. Comments should be sent to the Inland Revenue by 16 February 1987. I am sending copies to those Members who participated in the Standing Committee debates last June on the Finance Bill as promised by my right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary.
