We are currently examining the record of the Soviet Union and Eastern countries in the CSCE Vienna follow-up meeting: our policy towards this meeting was most recently set out in the reply by my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs to my hon. Friend the Member for Bournemouth, East (Mr. Atkinson) on 6 November at columns 1190–94.
