Whether it remains the view of Her Majesty's Government that the generation of a fishery zone by the Island of Gotland depends on the conclusion of negotiations concerning the boundaries of such a zone.
§ Baroness YoungNo. We would not regard the absence of an agreement as precluding the two Governments from establishing their respective zones by their own legislation within limits consistent with international law.
