§ Mr. TrippierA person can transfer from one MSC scheme to another, subject to the individual's circumstances and the conditions applying to particular schemes. Should the individual claim benefit in the intervening period, he is subject to the normal rules of entitlement. I am not aware of any particular problems in the administration of such claims by my Department.
