§ Mr. John MacKayThe Belvidere hospital site comprises 13.9 hectares of land, of which 2.8 hectares are built upon at present. Most of the remaining land is taken up by access roads and land between individual blocks or is affected by a geological fault. About 0.6 hectares appear to be suitable for building.
