HC Deb 16 December 1986 vol 107 c451W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Wales, pursuant to his answer on 8 December, Official Report, column 34, concerning Gwynedd health authority, whether he will make additional resources available to that authority in order to remedy deficiences in the services given to mentally ill people in Gwynedd.

Mr. Mark Robinson

The authorities in Gwynedd are presently considering the development of mental illness services in the light of the recent Health Authority Service report. It is premature to consider the question of additional Welsh Office funding.
