§ Mr. Peter BottomleyBuckinghamshire county council, at the Department's request, has undertaken a preliminary study of the need and scope for widening the dual two-lane section of M40 between junctions 4 (Handy Cross, High Wycombe) and 5 (Stokenchurch). We are studying the county council's report. We will announce our conclusions in due course.
