§ The Prime MinisterThe Department of Trade and Industry seeks the advice of the Ministry of Defence on all export licence applications for military equipment as specified in group I of part II of schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1985 as amended; and on all applications for licences to export other controlled goods to a military end user.
