§ Mr. TraceyThe Green Paper, "Home Improvement — A New Approach" outlined proposals to make discretionary assistance for both repairs and improvements available to properties built before 1940, as part of a wider reform of the home improvement grant system. We are giving further consideration to this and other possible changes to the system in the light of the Green Paper and responses to it.
