§ The Prime MinisterIt would be inappropriate for me to comment on matters which may arise in the proceedings concerning the Peter Wright case in Australia while those proceedings continue. I also intend to follow the precedent set by previous Prime Ministers of not commenting on security matters.
§ Mr. Marlowasked the Prime Minister if, as part of the security briefings provided from time to time to the Leader of the Opposition, she will supply him with such information as is available to Her Majesty's Government's lawyers about the progress of the Wright case in Australia; and if she will make a statement.
