asked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will consider providing central reserve harriers on the Parkway in Cleveland.

The A174 Parkway is a principal road for which Cleveland county council as the local highway authority has the statutory responsibility.

It is for the council to consider whether or not safety fences should be provided on the central reservation.
