Mr. Douglas Hogg

"Light Against Crime" is the title of a video produced by the Home Office crime prevention centre which has been distributed to police forces in England and Wales. It is intended for use as a teaching aid by the centre and by police crime prevention officers in providing advice on the part which lighting can pity In crime prevention and security. A number of companies and organisations which manufacture, supply or install lighting equipment and services have adopted "Light Against Crime" as a slogan or logo.
