§ Mrs. CurrieMy noble Friend wrote to Mrs. Jay on 27 November in reply to representations she made to my right hon. Friend about mentally handicapped children in hospital. Her letter and my reply to the right hon. Member on 4 November at columns402–3 made it clear that my noble Friend will discuss the points raised by Mrs. Jay at a meeting with EXODUS and others concerned with the question of provision for mentally handicapped children to be arranged shortly.
