§ Mr. Chris PattenAt a cost of £83,000 we have provided three Bedford lorries for the distribution of food supplies to rural areas and three Land Rovers, with mobile cinema units and ancillary equipment, to assist in the social development programme for poor communities. We await detailed proposals for the use of the balance.
