§ Mr. Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, before coming to a judgment on the final report of the working party on the merger of Aberdeen and Dundee colleges of education, he will disallow the proposed appointment of the named principal designate on the grounds that the individual named was a member of the working party and that the correct procedure for public appointments has not been followed.
