§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe Commissioner has informed me that wheel clamps suitable for fixing to coaches are available to all the wheel clamping teams. As with any vehicle, where the driver is present the police will normally direct the driver to move the vehicle rather than fixing a wheel clamp.
