§ Mr. Freesonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he is yet able to say what has been the result of investigation into the events leading to the shooting of Francis Bradley in County Derry on 18 February; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. ScottOn completion of its inquiries into Mr. Bradley's death the Royal Ulster Constabulary submitted a file to the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland. On 29 July he directed that none of the soldiers involved should be prosecuted. A date for an inquest has not yet been arranged.
