Under what authority, and by whom, 18 Grenadians are held in custody in Grenada and under what process of law proceedings are taking place against them.

The detention of 18 Grenadian citizens is a matter for the Grenadian authorities. The trial, which ended on 4th December, was held under Grenadian law.
