§ Mr. MooreThe only new crossing of this part of the Thames envisaged by my Department is the proposed east London river crossing, now at public inquiry. The Department has made available to the inquiry its assessment of the engineering feasibility and relevance in transport terms of various alternatives proposed by objectors including a new tunnel at Blackwall.
