§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what arrangements he has made to maintain the former Greater London council's post barrier flood plan;
(2) why the Greater London council's flood control centre has been closed;
(3) which authority is responsible for operating the Greater London co-ordination centre in the Kingsway; and what financial and staffing resources are available to operate it.
