§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe proportion of South Glamorgan county council's capital expenditure allocated to education was 16.5 per cent. in 1984–85 and 5.5 per cent. in 1985–86. This was a lower proportion than that allocated to education by other Welsh counties.
