§ Sir John Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if, in the light of the Taoiseach's statement in London on 28 November that progress by the United Kingdom in the implementation of the Anglo-Irish Agreement would determine progress with the Republic's Extradition Bill, he will make representations to the Irish Government about their intentions with regard to the fulfilment of their obligations under paragraph 7 of the joint communiqué of the Anglo-Irish summit meeting of 15 November 1985, Cmnd. 9657; and if he will make a statement.
