§ Mr. EggarHer Majesty's diplomatic representatives in Colombia maintain regular contacts with the Permanent Committee for the Defence of Human Rights, the most active Colombian organisation in this field. They also have close contacts with the human rights section of the Attorney-General's office, a body independent of the Colombian Government, set up earlier in 1986.
