asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Foreign and Commonwealth Office is represented at the court proceedings in Sydney on the Wright book.

No. The Government are represented by Australian counsel, instructed by the Treasury Solicitor. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is fully involved in consultations in London about the case.
