§ Mr. Tracey[pursuant to his reply, 2 December 1986]: As part of my continuing programme of meetings with all the regional councils for sport and recreation, I visited Leicester on 1 December for a meeting of the East Midlands Regional Council for Sport and Recreation. In addition to discussions with members of the council and addressing their meeting, I visited impressive sport and recreational facilities in the city—Granby Halls, Moat community college and the Avril Lennox gymnasium.
