§ Mrs. Ann Wintertonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if, pursuant to his reply of 25 November, Official Report, columns 189–90, about legislation to deal with the issues raised by the Warnock report he will, in the interim, implement a moratorium on experiments upon the human embryo.
