Friend's practice, following discussions with the Council on Tribunals, not to make any substantive comment during the four weeks preceding the hearing. This is to avoid any risk of prejudicing, or of appearing to prejudice, the hearing. We shall continue to keep this policy under review, in consultation with the council as appropriate.
