§ Mrs. CurrieAn offer for the former Leamington Park hospital conditional on the granting of planning permission has been accepted, and the parties concerned are in discussion with the London borough of Ealing. The sale price, and the amount accruing to the Brent health authority, will not be known until the planning situation is resolved.
