Baroness Jeger

asked Her Majesty's Government:

How the Crown Estate Paving Commissioners are appointed; to whom are they responsible; and whether their accounts are published.

The Secretary of State for Employment (Lord Young of Graffham)

The Crown Estate Paving Commissioners are appointed by the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury on the recommendation of the existing Commissioners. The Crown Estate Paving Commission (CEPC) is responsible to the Lords Commissioners. The CEPC's annual report and accounts are not published but they are available for inspection by CEPC ratepayers on application to the CEPC's office.
