§ Mr. Peter BottomleyRoad humps are one of a number of measures which can reduce road casualties in built-up areas. The new regulations—which come into force today—will make it significantly easier for local authorities to install humps. Humps, and particularly humps on zebra crossings, offer special benefits to pedestrians.
