§ Sir George YoungThe question of the GLC's payments to Satman was raised at a meeting between my right hon. Friend and the chairman of the London Residuary Body on 24 April. We understand that the status of the payments will initially be the subject of counsel's opinion sought by the GLC's appointed director of Satman.
