§ Mr. RifkindThe services funded from local authority rates in Scotland which are relevant for rate support grant are set out in the "Report on the Rate Support Grant (Scotland) (No. 4) Order 1985". In addition, Scottish authorities provide housing services, which are not relevant for rate support grant. The services funded from local authority rates in England are set out in the "Rate Support Grant Report (England) 1986–87". The services funded from local authority rates in Wales are set out in the "Welsh Rate Support Grant Report 1986–87". Copies of all these reports are in the Library.
