asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what was the prison population and certified normal accommodation for all prison department establishments in England and Wales on 19 April;

(2) what was the actual prison population and the certified normal accommodation of (a) Leeds prison, (b) Durham prison, (c) Manchester prison, (d) Cardiff prison, (e) Lewes prison, (f) Oxford prison, (g) Leicester prison, (h) Reading prison, and (i) Liverpool prison on 19 April.
